Service Description

A dedicated (2.5 day) onsite engagement led by our technical consultant , who will meet your business and technical teams and conduct workshops to gather information on your current and future business and information technology, strategy and projects. Once the workshop data has been gathered and reviewed we will generate a uniquely focused business technology report outlining up-to date insight and analysis of our findings, highlighting your business technology status, gap analysis as well as a strategy road map, your consultant will then deliver a final half day onsite workshop / review.
